Coaching

Our consultants can assist as coach to the elected officers and executives of your non-profit organization. They are registered with the J.W. McConnell Family Foundation’s Innoweave program to coach not-for-profit organizations. EBI can offer online or offline coaching sessions with flexible schedules to suit your needs:whether it is a single ninety-minute discussion, weekly hour-long sessions for several months or longer, or a weekend-long workshop, we tailor the format to your needs and availability.

Direct coaching

A direct approach involves a transfer of wisdom, where the coach provides advice or direction, probably based on their experience and expertise. This is a widely-recognised, fairly traditional approach.

Indirect coaching

An indirect approach allows the recipient to formulate their own solutions and actions as a result of skilled listening and questioning from the coach.
